Hello, I’m Assist. Prof. Dr. Ahmet Emin Sönmez,
a specialist in Anesthesiology and Intensive Care Medicine, with active clinical practice in Pain Management, Neurodegenerative and Neurodevelopmental Disorders, Regenerative Medicine, and Palliative Care, particularly focusing on Stem Cell and Exosome Therapies.
I am also the founder of MDTurkey.

Throughout my professional career, I have worked both clinically and academically in the fields of Anesthesiology, Reanimation, Algology (pain management), and Palliative Medicine. I currently continue my academic role as an assistant professor in these disciplines.

My medical journey has led me to collaborate with surgeons from various specialties in over 10,000 surgeries, providing me with deep insight into a wide range of operative protocols. In intensive care and palliative settings, I have helped guide the diagnosis and treatment of thousands of patients through coordinated, multidisciplinary approaches.
In the field of Algology, I’ve focused on improving the quality of life for hundreds of patients living with chronic pain.

These experiences have shaped me into more than just a specialty physician—they’ve directed me toward becoming a comprehensive healthcare professional, capable of designing and integrating treatment processes across multiple domains.

With this perspective, I have dedicated recent years to advancing regenerative medicine. I work extensively with stem cell and exosome-based therapies, particularly applying them in the treatment of pain, neurodegenerative conditions, and longevity-centered care.

Guided by this vision, I founded MDTurkey to bring together experts from diverse medical backgrounds. Our goal is to build a new healthcare model that complements conventional treatments with innovative regenerative solutions—delivering both scientific rigor and human-centered care.
